Shipping

The full range is ready to post, usually within 3-5 business day of placing your order. For personalised items please allow an extra 5 business days (total 8-10 business days).

Our standard shipping cost is a flat rate of $9 within Australia (or FREE for orders over $150). These prices include a tracking number.

Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you from Australia Post. Please keep these handy for checking on your order.

We also offer Express Shipping for $13 on domestic orders, your order will have a tracking number.

*please note that on occasion, time frames may be delayed - eg; school holidays, public holidays, new product launches, etc.

International customers take on the responsibility for any customs related charges associated with goods arriving in their country. 

Orders are made and dispatched from Brisbane in QLD Australia. 

Approximate delivery times are as follows;

QLD - 2-6 Business days

ACT & NSW 3-6 Business days

NT & WA 9-14 Business days

SA & VIC 5-10 Business days

TAS 7-13

International - 10-21 Business days 

*These times are from when your items are dispatched (not from when the order is placed), and are only an estimate. 

Please make sure your details are correct at checkout, The address and email you provide are used for the dispatch of your order and are uploaded automatically into our postal system. 

If your parcel is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason, we will contact you once we receive the parcel. Australia Post charges us a fee to send unclaimed mail back to us (approx $10 for domestic parcels and more internationally). We are happy to resend your parcel, however postage costs (including the return fee) are the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is preferred, the postage fees and charges will be deducted before the final amount is credited.

We understand the importance of detail, and for that reason, we do our best to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products.

Please remember that screens and devices reproduce colours differently, and we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

 

Personalised Items

Please take care with spelling when making your order, i will personalise your item exactly as provided. If you have made an error while ordering, please contact me immediately. If i have not started processing your order, i can fix this up at no extra cost.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please read all product descriptions before making your purchase. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change your mind or unsuitability of your purchase. We do not offer an exchange or refund on sale items. 

If your product has a fault, please contact us to discuss. Please note that as fabrics are sourced in limited quantities replacement may not be possible. If something is faulty, you need to contact me within 7 days and return the item within 14. Return postage cost is by the customer.
